Our hotel is not the typical great hotel. The breakfast area has a limited capacity, for this reason we ask customers to reserve their breakfast time. If you do not reserve you are advised to wait for a free table.

We call our breakfast PANAOVE, it is a typical breakfast jiennense. The main stuff is bread and AOVE, loaves of bread that we bring daily from the bakery of the city and our neighborhood, and more than a dozen premium AOVES to taste. We always have AOVES JAEN SELECTION, the 7 best of the campaign, aoves coupage or author, etc. Coffee is made manually as in any cafe in the city. We also offer pastries (not industrial), fruit, some cold cuts, some cheese, cereals, yogurt... But we insist that our breakfast is a classic Andalusian breakfast: an energetic and forceful breakfast.

Remember, we do not offer a buffet breakfast. We use table service to protect the health of products, in the face of pollution and, on the other hand, in the face of waste and misuse. Our customers can repeat what they think appropriate, but always respecting the sustainability of products and not wasting or throwing food. We are a sustainable and supportive hotel. What we have left over every day is reused or delivered to third parties for free. We believe in sustainability and saving water and food.
