- It is necessary to give prior notice to the hotel.

- It is compulsory to bring health cards and location chip.

- Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area*.
*With the exception of guide dogs for blind people.

- Pets may not be left alone in the room*.
* In the event that the pet is left alone and the animal causes noise and/or misbehaviour, the hotel will be obliged to call the municipal animal control service, and the person in charge of the pet will be obliged to pay all costs.

- Hotel Europa would like all of its rooms to be available for use with pets, but unfortunately this is not possible. Our hotel has a limited number for accommodation with pets, for this reason if you wish to stay with your pet you must necessarily communicate this in the comments of your reservation. In the event that the Hotel does not have free rooms for accommodation with pets, you will be notified immediately and your reservation will be canceled.

Unfortunately and due to the profile of some users, to stay in our Hotel with pet it is necessary at check-in to provide the customer’s card details, the Hotel will pre-authorize at least € 50.00 per pet, or otherwise deliver a cash deposit of 50.00 €. This deposit will be refunded upon departure of the client once inspected the room. Customers are kindly requested to take this fact into account and it is recommended to leave the deposit with card to avoid unnecessary waiting. Failure to make this deposit does not authorize the guest access to the hotel with pets.
