If the booking has been made through our website or direct channel, you can cancel your booking without charge. If, on the other hand, you have booked with one of our partners, you will have to consult the particular conditions of each one.
Can I go if I am a person at risk?
Of course, we are working to adopt preventive and protective measures so that all our customers and employees can come in complete safety.
Can I come if I have symptoms?
Hotel Europa is committed to the health of all our guests so, if you have symptoms, we advise you to contact the health services and avoid travelling and being in contact with other people.
What security measures are being taken at the hotel?
All the protocols that have been established by the health authorities and the measures we consider necessary are being applied. Everything is documented and available to anyone who requests them.
Do I have to wear a mask in the hotel?
Yes, always. It is obligatory in the access areas, breakfast areas and common areas.
Are breakfasts served?
We have adapted our breakfast area so that our guests can continue to enjoy our Jinnense Pan Aove breakfast and taste the different types of bread and Extra Virgin Olive Oil that we have always offered. We have taken the necessary measures following the indications of the health authorities to be able to open with safety guarantees for the breakfasts.
What activities do you recommend?
We offer all kinds of activities: guided and interpreted tours, visits to museums, castles and olive oil mills.
